Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Traqka as a business, a team member, a rider or a customer viewing a tracking link. By using Traqka you agree to them.

The service

Traqka is operated by DEYGOHUB LTD, a company registered in Nigeria. It provides tools to create deliveries, assign riders, share live tracking links and send delivery updates. Traqka does not carry out deliveries itself. Each vendor is responsible for its own goods, riders, prices and customer service.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. Vendors are responsible for everyone they invite to their workspace, and riders must only use the app for deliveries they are assigned.

Acceptable use

• Only add customers who have placed an order with you, and only send them delivery-related messages.
• Do not use Traqka to send spam or marketing, track people without their knowledge, or break any law.
• Riders must obey traffic laws. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while riding; set up navigation before you move.
• Do not attempt to access other businesses’ data or disrupt the service.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Korapay at the price shown when you subscribe (currently ₦2,500 per month for the Starter plan). Plans renew only when you pay. You can stop paying at any time and your workspace will move back to the free limits. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.

Accuracy

Locations, routes and arrival times depend on GPS, mobile networks and map data, and may sometimes be delayed or wrong. Traqka is provided “as is”, and we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Traqka is not liable for lost, late or damaged goods, disputes between vendors, riders and customers, or indirect losses. Our total liability to a vendor is limited to the fees that vendor paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Traqka at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
